Kelley (1928 - 2018) was a painter and printmaker from Boston, Massachusetts where he held a long term position as the gallery director for the Boston Athenæum. The Athenæum holds several works by him, and his work appears in the Boston Public Library, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and many private collections.
