Heavy Murano red + faceted geode glass catchall/ashtray, circa 1970s. Unmarked. This heavy glass dish features a layer of red glass suspended in a thick layer of clear using the sommerso technique. The dish is finished with many faceted sides to create this optically interesting collector's item. Excellent condition with scuffs/scratches to base and rim - See photos for condition details.
